Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Eduroot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Eduroot for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the operational platform materials.
• Use the materials for any structural commercial purpose or public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any application software component running on Eduroot.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the design systems.
• Transfer the administrative materials to another person or "mirror" them on alternate server infrastructure.

Disclaimer

The materials on Eduroot are provided on an "as is" basis. Eduroot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Eduroot or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Eduroot, even if an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lusaka, Zambia.
